The room and beds were very comfortable and very clean and everything in the room worked. Very much appreciated, The hotel's location was an easy walk to the old town, multiple choices of dining, many of the tourist attraction, and smart shopping on the city's central avenue. The on site parking made the transfer of luggage from the car to the room easy with the unexpected help of the receptionist who noticed that we are both the wrong side of 75 . Nothing seems to be too much for the staff in this hotel who seem dedicated to please their guests.

The on site garage car park was full upon arrival , and there is an alternative option a few streets away, albeit in this instance as we arrived after 17.00 we could park outside until 9.00 the next morning. All the old city is located one street away behind the hotel and the modern city centre for shopping is similar distance .

Greeting at reception very good. Receptionist very helpful re parking. Had a small problem with TV, problem resolved very quickly. Good breakfast, good choice. Great to have a bath plus shower. Booking car park space at time of booking advisable. Hotel good location to roam around city and good for restaurants.

we liked the position, still in the city center ( 7 minute walk from the Pilar Cathedral ) but silent quiet. Breakfast you have both cakes crossan and cured meat and cheese juice and it worth the price :) bathroom cleaned and plenty of towels. we go a triple even if we were only two people

Comfortable beds, nice to have a bathtub in the room, reasonably quiet, good block out curtains, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was basic but there was definitely enough to fill you up, good location, grocery store across the road
